Our Distinguished Speakers
Lisa Feiler: Manager, HRIS & HR Administration
Lisa is responsible for overseeing the HRIS function, including day to day operation and strategic direction. She focuses on developing, implementing and maintaining HRIS solutions based on business needs. Lisa manages an HR System Analyst (Workday partner in crime) and HR Administration Team.
Lisa joined Moen in 2008 as the HR Administration & System Manager, managing the bonus and merit processes and employee transactions. Key projects that Lisa has managed at Moen include implementing Workday as Moen’s global HCM solution, implementing an HR portal website globally, and designing and implementing the High5 global recognition program. Prior to Moen, Lisa worked at Medina General Hospital as an HR Generalist/Recruiter where she was a team member in the implementation of an enterprise solution called API Healthcare.
Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from John Carroll University and Masters in Business Administration from Ashland University. In addition, Lisa holds her PHR and HRIP certification.
Stephanie Ball: HRIS Analyst
Stephanie is responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and troubleshooting for Workday, as well as actively researching system updates, and partnering with internal customer groups to identify and implement enhancements to Workday to meet business needs.
Stephanie joined Moen in 2011 as an Associate HR Administrator. During this time, she was actively involved with the Talent Acquisition of the company, and was responsible for much of the logistical tasks involved throughout the hire and onboarding processes. Stephanie joined the HRIS team in 2013 and was part of the project team responsible for implementing Workday. She continues to play a role in implementation as Moen adds new functionality to the Workday system.
Prior to Moen, Stephanie was an Associate HR Assistant at Baker Hostetler and began her HR career as an intern/HR assistant at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.
Stephanie has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mount Union (formerly Mount Union College) and a Master’s in Business Management from the University of Akron.
