Currently, Jennifer is the Principal Consultant for Talent Analytics as part of the Thought Leadership and Advisory Services Team of Cornerstone OnDemand.  Cornerstone is a world leader in delivering cloud-based Unified Talent Management solutions to over 25 million users in 42 countries. Cornerstone’s Analytics Suite allows leaders to easily report and visualize their talent, as well as conduct predictive and prescriptive talent analytics to address current and future business challenges.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Jennifer held executive HR positions at Bank of America and CSX Transportation, and has provided consulting services to a variety of clients from manufacturing and mining, to healthcare and education.

She earned her Ph.D. from the College of Business, at the University of Florida in the field of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rollins College.

Lisa Feiler: Manager, HRIS & HR Administration

Lisa is responsible for overseeing the HRIS function, including day to day operation and strategic direction. She focuses on developing, implementing and maintaining HRIS solutions based on business needs. Lisa manages an HR System Analyst (Workday partner in crime) and HR Administration Team.

Lisa joined Moen in 2008 as the HR Administration & System Manager, managing the bonus and merit processes and employee transactions. Key projects that Lisa has managed at Moen include implementing Workday as Moen’s global HCM solution, implementing an HR portal website globally, and designing and implementing the High5 global recognition program. Prior to Moen, Lisa worked at Medina General Hospital as an HR Generalist/Recruiter where she was a team member in the implementation of an enterprise solution called API Healthcare.

Lisa has a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from John Carroll University and Masters in Business Administration from Ashland University. In addition, Lisa holds her PHR and HRIP certification.

Stephanie Ball: HRIS Analyst

Stephanie is responsible for day-to-day system maintenance and troubleshooting for Workday, as well as actively researching system updates, and partnering with internal customer groups to identify and implement enhancements to Workday to meet business needs.

Stephanie joined Moen in 2011 as an Associate HR Administrator. During this time, she was actively involved with the Talent Acquisition of the company, and was responsible for much of the logistical tasks involved throughout the hire and onboarding processes. Stephanie joined the HRIS team in 2013 and was part of the project team responsible for implementing Workday. She continues to play a role in implementation as Moen adds new functionality to the Workday system.

Prior to Moen, Stephanie was an Associate HR Assistant at Baker Hostetler and began her HR career as an intern/HR assistant at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

Stephanie has her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Mount Union (formerly Mount Union College) and a Master’s in Business Management from the University of Akron.

His primary work is in human capital management where he has developed methods for more effectively evaluating recruitment and staffing effectiveness, development of systems of human capital metrics and workforce analytics that drive improved organizational decision making a value creation, turnover functionality, and cost justification of HR interventions and human resource information systems. Dr. Carlson’s work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organizational Research Methods, and the Journal of Management. He is the current Past Chairman of the Board of Directors of the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) and he speaks frequently throughout the US on topics related to HR Metrics and Workforce Analytics.

Jen Phillips-Kirkwood Sr. Director of Business Intelligence Consulting, for ADP Global Enterprise Services. Jen works with organizations to drive transformation for HR and IT strategy, and the workforces they serve. Throughout her 20 years in consulting, Jen has driven complex, multinational IT, HR and HRO projects. Ms. Silverman has been actively involved in the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) since 1986, serving as MidAtlantic chapter president for 3 years, Association board member for 8 years and President of the International Association in 1996-97. She has delivered her signature Caveat Emptor HR Technology Market update at the last 10 IHRIM conferences. For the last five years she has been an editor of the Workforce Solutions Review, the IHRIM journal, and has also been a contributing author. Ms Silverman is a frequent presenter at industry events and since 2008 has been the Executive Director of the HR Technology Solutions Network for Executive Networks.
