Jennifer Burnett, Ph.D.
Principal Consultant, Talent Analytics

Jennifer Burnett has spent her career managing change, resolving business challenges and executing talent strategy. She has over 20 years of experience as both a business leader and consultant in talent acquisition, talent management, talent analytics, and strategic workforce planning.

Currently, Jennifer is the Principal Consultant for Talent Analytics as part of the Thought Leadership and Advisory Services Team of Cornerstone OnDemand.  Cornerstone is a world leader in delivering cloud-based Unified Talent Management solutions to over 25 million users in 42 countries. Cornerstone’s Analytics Suite allows leaders to easily report and visualize their talent, as well as conduct predictive and prescriptive talent analytics to address current and future business challenges.

Prior to joining Cornerstone, Jennifer held executive HR positions at Bank of America and CSX Transportation, and has provided consulting services to a variety of clients from manufacturing and mining, to healthcare and education.

She earned her Ph.D. from the College of Business, at the University of Florida in the field of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, and an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Rollins College.

As a thought leader, she is a frequent contributor to professional publications, white papers and blogs, delivers educational webinars, and is an active presenter at various industry conferences.
