Prior to PNC Sharron was with National City Bank in a similar capacity. Sharron holds a BSBA in Finance from John Carroll University, a PMP from the Project Management Institute and a HRIP (Human Resource Information Professional) from IHRIM.
Brenda has been a speaker for the PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System Seminar Series, Cleveland Chapter IHRIM, IHRIM Annual Spring Conference, American Payroll Association, Cleveland Chapter WEB Network of Benefits Professionals, and Kent State University. Brenda is the president of the Cleveland Chapter of IHRIM (International Association for Human Resource Information Management) and is the recipient of the national IHRIM organization’s 2010 Excellence Award. She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Akron and the HRIP Certification (Human Resource Information Professional) from IHRIM.
This combination of practitioner and consulting experience is what enables Tara to develop innovative solutions to client’s human resource challenges. Tara has partnered successfully with organizational leadership in a wide range of industries to develop strategy, select or improve an organization’s use of technology, improve operational effectiveness, manage large scale change initiatives such as the deployment of technology or transformation solutions, and develop methods (e.g., training, communications, assessments, performance plans) to align workforces with organizational objectives.
Tara became a Certified Project Management Professional with the Project Management Institute in 2007. She has also been a Certified Human Resource Information Professional since 2010.
Tara holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a BA degree in Psychology from Ohio University.
Cindy has worked with a cross selection of industries inclusive of Banking, Public Sector, Education, Mining, Healthcare and Technology. She holds the professional designations of SPHR and SHRM -SCP and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University
